Customer Service Advisor – Aberdeen Airport – Full time 42 Hours Per Week- £26,863.20 Per Annum

We’re looking for a Customer Services Adviser who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector.

This is a working shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts working days and nights 

Your key duties will include:

  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience
  • To understand and be fully familiar with the parking equipment, pre-booking system, ANPR system and other related equipment
  • Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed
  • Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers
  • Ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’s

For this role a Full driving license is essential
