Digital Activation Leader – Krakow, Poland

What the day will look like

As a leader in digital activation, you will lead a team of marketing, communications, and events professionals. Collaborating with regional and global partners, you will deliver marketing programs that support growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the Aon brand.

You will:

  • Lead regional marketing campaigns, events, and activation programs across global markets
  • Partner with senior marketing and business leaders to align marketing activities with growth priorities
  • Lead all aspects of conferences, client events, webinars, leadership forums, and sponsorships
  • Develop, mentor, and encourage a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
  • Use insights, analytics, and partner feedback to improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes
  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery

How this opportunity is different

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you will influence marketing strategy and execution across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, North America, and Latin America.

You will work closely with regional Chief Marketing Officers, business leaders, and global marketing teams while leading a talented team responsible for delivering outstanding campaigns and events. Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Significant experience leading B2B marketing, communications, or event management programs within a global organization
  • Proven people leadership experience, including developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience managing aligned marketing campaigns, executive events, and client engagement initiatives
  • Strong partner leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • A commercial outlook supported by data-driven decision-making and a focus on measurable business outcomes

Experience within professional services, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
