Digital Activation Specialist – Krakow, Poland

What the day will look like

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You will:

  • Build and activate campaigns on channels including LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and marketing automation tools
  • Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, tagging, QA, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and results
  • Run A/B tests and use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns
  • Partner closely with global, regional, and local marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide campaign updates, performance reporting, and actionable recommendations to partners

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, paid media, marketing operations, or related areas
  • Experience building and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, electronic mail, marketing automation, or web channels
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, campaign tracking, tagging, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work optimally with a variety of collaborators
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
