POSITION OVERVIEW
The digital site operations associate is responsible for shaping and supporting the digital site ops team in delivering product data from the various teams who hold and manage it through RL systems, so that it can reach the customer via RL.com sites. They are the point person for all asset queries and partner with the NY studio teams to ensure product go live is maintained at 98% availability and speed to market is at the forefront.
Key KPIs for the team are % product live vs product in inventory, as well as quality of product data. Thus, ensuring that all products have imagery, copy, translations, pricing, etc is the core pillar that supports all digital trading activities throughout EMEA & LATAM. The Associate’s job will be to mentor their team in using these internal systems to track and monitor asset readiness as well as taking the lead on key divisions/departments and launches. They are also responsible for driving projects for improvement and increased efficiency, whether that be in terms of processes or tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for shaping and supporting the digital site operations team in delivering product data from the various teams who hold and manage it through RL systems.
- Key point person for all asset comms to all key stakeholders.
- Escalate asset flow within financial conversations to ensure we have the assortment to deliver sales.
- Responsible for maintaining 98% products always live for all channels.
- Lead your division (MSW or WSW) for assets representing +40% of the assortment.
- Provide key reporting to wider team on product data KPIs and projects
- Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members when following up with other teams for product data
- Liaise with studio, copy and translations teams on any systemic issues, identifying root cause and suggesting/implementing solutions.
- Suggest automation improvements to eliminate manual tasks and assist tech teams in delivery
- Work with peers in digital trading to identify gaps in knowledge transfer or cross functional collaboration and remediate with process improvements, training or reporting.
- Provide support for digital site operations team members on enhancement projects, such as process improvements, team organization, and communication with other teams/leadership.
- Train assistants and interns, ensuring division of tasks and responsibilities among the team
- Partner with key stakeholders on studio projects to improve brand and site expression to ensure we always have premium execution.
