About the Role

Gloucestershire County Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader from the school system, to lead our school improvement team.

 

About You 

In this role you will be responsible for leading our local school improvement strategy and leading, managing and empowering a team of experienced performance advisers to identify and support LA maintained schools to deliver high quality education for the children of Gloucestershire. 

 

The post holder will work closely with Education Psychology; Advisory Teaching and Inclusion services to ensure a joined up and collaborative approach to supporting and challenging school performance.
