Salary: £25,878- £26,375
Work hours: Office Hours Monday to Friday, Full Time
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who meets the knowledge, understanding and experience criteria below:
- Strong numeracy skills, combined with demonstrable ability to use standard software packages such as MS Excel or Power BI to collate, interpret and visualise energy related data are essential.
- A basic understanding of energy efficiency principles in relation to the provision of heating, ventilation, cooling, lighting, power and methods used to identify savings opportunities.
- Knowledge of, and interest in, the key drivers for reducing energy and water use, costs and carbon emissions.
- Experience of interpreting basic BMS/BEMS front-end graphics and knowledge of associated controls typically found in university buildings would be desirable.
- Knowledge of typical approaches used to measure energy and water efficiency, including hardware, software and analysis techniques.
- Previous experience with energy management software (i.e. Systems Link, Team EA etc.), or willingness to undertake training, is essential.
