The Opportunity

As our Finance Analyst, you’ll help us deliver effective financial management across Enterprise IT, supporting our work to build An Electric Britain. You’ll be a hybrid worker joining the team in our #Hove office every Monday. You may also be required to travel to our other offices. With a starting salary from £40,000, you’ll play a key part in supporting cost control, forecasting and reporting activities that keep our £100m+ portfolio on track. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll help us make sure decisions are backed by clear, trusted and timely financial insight.

Who You Are

You’re someone who enjoys solving problems and working with numbers to make a real impact. To be shortlisted, you’ll need:

  • Strong experience in financial planning and forecasting
  • Good understanding of budgeting, accruals and variance analysis
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Confidence handling financial data and presenting clear insights
  • An interest in IT services or technology environments

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tracking and reporting Enterprise IT spend to support business planning
  • Working with the Finance Lead to prepare monthly reports for senior leaders
  • Helping improve financial processes and data quality
  • Supporting development of our five‑year business plan and Total Cost of Ownership models
  • Building strong relationships across Enterprise IT and wider business teams
  • Helping manage Shared Services Agreements to support accurate cost recovery
