The global mobility team is delivering Aon’s Talent strategy and facilitating the international movement of Talent. We operate as a strategic partner within the People Organization, connecting our colleagues to opportunities worldwide, creating a globally connected organisation that attracts, retains, and develops Talent.

This is a fixed term opportunity (12-18 months), in our Krakow office.

What the day will look like

 

The global mobility advisor will play a key role within the global mobility team. The success of the role is measured by the ability to deliver a quality GM advisory service that is simple and easy to understand, provide excellent client service, and a positive colleague experience.

The role will support Aon’s international transfer population. This will include:

  • Manage end-to-end relocation processes for international assignments and permanent transfers
  • Act as the main point of contact for assignees, business leaders, People Partners, and specialist teams (Tax, Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards)
  • Advise on assignment structure, policies, and mobility solutions
  • Support cross-border scenarios such as remote working and business travel
  • Coordinate relocation services including immigration, housing, tax, and destination support
  • Prepare cost estimates, documentation, and support approval processes
  • Ensure clear communication and a positive colleague experience throughout the assignment lifecycle
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems (Workday, Benivo) and support reporting needs

Skills and experience that will lead to success 

  • Proven Global Mobility experience with strong knowledge of immigration, tax, compensation, and policies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support team success
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior stakeholders across cultures
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time
  • High attention to detail with a strong service and quality mindset
  • Empathy and understanding of the challenges related to international relocation
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred), mobility tools, Excel, and fluent English
