 GTM Program Manager (Remote, Any Location, United States of America)

<p>Orchestrating cross-functional go-to-market program execution.  The GTM Program Manager owns end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market programs — product launches, campaigns, and sales plays — ensuring tight alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution, keeping cross-functional teams on schedule, on message, and accountable to results</p><p> </p><ul><li>Build and maintain GTM launch plans, timelines, and RACI across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and CS</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive decisions to close gaps and unblock dependencies</li><li>Define success metrics and reporting cadence for each program, and track progress against milestones</li><li>Own and maintain the master GTM calendar, ensuring launches and campaigns are sequenced without conflict</li><li>Manage program budgets, resourcing needs, and vendor coordination where applicable</li><li>Run post-launch retrospectives and translate lessons learned into improved playbooks and processes</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM program status to leadership stakeholders</li><li>Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement.</li><li>Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications: </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field </li><li>4-7 years of program or project management experience in GTM, marketing, or product organizations</li><li>Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including with senior leaders</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools</li><li>PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)</li><li>Experience in BPO or CX go-to-market environments</li><li>Familiarity with product marketing and sales enablement processes</li><li>Program and project management</li><li>Cross-functional stakeholder management</li><li>Prioritization and risk management</li><li>Clear, structured communication and status reporting</li><li>GTM strategy fluency (positioning, segmentation, launch tiers)</li><li>Process design and continuous improvement</li></ul>
