Salary: £17.42 – £18.62 per hour (inclusive of 10% market supplement)

Hours per week: Casual zero hours

Do you have a level 2 or above gymnastics qualification and want to join a fun team? Here’s your opportunity! Join us as a Gymnastics Coach and deliver exceptional customer support during classes and access gold star training and career development opportunities.

As a Gymnastics Coach, we will look to you to always maintain excellent customer focus, meeting customer expectations and ensuring repeat business. This will include being available to the customers both before and after the sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.

If you have a valid qualification in gymnastics recognised by the governing professional body, the right qualifications and excellent communication skills along with experience of customer care within a leisure environment – we want to hear from you!

As a casual worker, you’ll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
