The Head of AI – Europe is accountable for leading and scaling Capgemini’s AI First agenda across the European region, driving measurable business growth, differentiated client outcomes, and world‑class AI delivery at scale.
This role owns the end‑to‑end European AI transformation lifecycle — from market positioning and demand creation to industrialised delivery and value realisation. Working closely with country CEOs, industry leaders, hyperscalers, and C‑suite clients, the role ensures AI is consistently embedded across solutions, operating models, and transformation programmes.
A core mandate is to ensure clients experience Capgemini’s AI capabilities as a coherent, high‑value European proposition — combining strategy, engineering excellence, responsible AI, reusable assets, and delivery rigor to generate predictable, scalable outcomes across all European markets.
This role will work closely with and will also have a report line into the I&D AI global practice, aligning on the global strategy for AI acceleration, and contributing to the success of that strategy in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & AI Positioning:

- Define and execute the European AI First strategy and multi‑year roadmap, aligned to global priorities and regional growth ambitions.
- Position Capgemini as a trusted AI transformation leader with clients, partners, regulators, and European industry forums.
- Partner with country and industry leadership to embed AI into offerings, GTM strategies, and investment priorities.
- Drive C‑suite level AI conversations focused on business value, operating model transformation, and measurable ROI.
Deal Leadership & Growth:

- Drive AI‑led revenue growth, pipeline development, and deal conversion across Europe.
- Lead and shape major European AI pursuits, providing executive‑level guidance on:
- AI architecture and engineering choices
- Agentic and generative AI integration
- Commercial and delivery models
- Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent adoption of industrialised AI delivery patterns, accelerators, and commercial frameworks across countries.
AI Delivery & Excellence

- Accountable for predictable, high‑quality delivery of large‑scale AI transformation programmes across multiple countries.
- Ensure delivery models enable speed, quality, reusability, and risk control.
- Embed strong engineering standards, platform thinking, and lifecycle governance across European AI engagements.
- Improve delivery margin, time‑to‑value, and client satisfaction on AI programmes.
AI‑Enabled Transformation

- Drive adoption of new tools, skills, and operating models required for:
- GenAI at scale
- Agentic systems
- AI‑augmented delivery and productivity
