The Opportunity
As a Health and Safety Advisor, you’ll help uphold the highest standards across a complex construction environment, contributing to a culture of care and continuous improvement. Your work will support our drive towards An Electric Britain by helping maintain a safe and resilient site.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of at least £65,000 per annum, with the possibility of overtime and weekend working. You’ll be based on site five days a week at #HinkleyPointC, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be part of a supportive professional community, working closely with construction teams, safety specialists and technical experts. You’ll build strong relationships, learn from varied disciplines, and develop your capability in a world‑class project environment.
Who You Are

- NEBOSH Construction qualification
- Working within highly complex industries, ideally nuclear or similarly demanding environments
- Providing health and safety advice across large multidisciplinary teams
- Applying CDM Regulations in major construction or infrastructure settings
- Delivering risk‑based inspections and assurance activities
To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing technical health and safety advice to project and contractor teams
- Supporting risk‑based inspections, audits and monitoring activities
- Advising on CDM compliance and construction safety requirements
- Contributing to incident investigations and reporting
- Influencing safe behaviours across multidisciplinary site teams
