Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join the team at BFI Riverfront, our vibrant restaurant and bar, in the hottest spot on the Southbank, with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.
£13.00 per hour + approx. £3.50 per hour in service charge
Full-time position (30+ hours per week)
The role requires weekend availability, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily
About the Host/Hostess role:
- Day to day managing of guest relations providing excellent customer service
- Welcoming day visitors and guests to the venue
- Incoming and outgoing telephone enquires
- Restaurant and bar reservations and enquiries
- Working alongside the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the venue
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with OpenTable and DesignMyNight systems
- A warm, engaging personality and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to assist the front-of-house team when needed
