Position: Lettings Support Team Member
Type: Part-Time / Seasonal – Mondays & Fridays (With additional
shifts as required)
Pay Rates: £13.21 per hour 

Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Lettings Support Team Member,
where you’ll contribute to ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our
Letting Owners and guests.

In this role, you’ll assist in ensuring clean accommodation, and inspiring our
committed cleaning team in making sure our letting owners vans are sparkling
clean. You’ll also support our lettings administrator with making sure
everything stays safe, compliant and on point with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
– Guide and coach team to deliver high standards, ensuring our owners letting
accommodations are pristine, welcoming and fully prepared for new arrivals.
– Conducting quality checks of each unit, offering constructive feedback,
support and assistant maintain high standards.
-Lead by example in delivering outstanding high standards of cleaning.
– Support the delivery of our Letting Owner promises through consistent
communication.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with Letting Owners, attentively
addressing concerns, resolving problems and acting on feedback with
consideration and understanding.
– Collaborate with the parks experience team to share update on service KPI’s,
ensuring alignment on goals.
– Complete administrative tasks when required to support the lettings
administrator.

Requirements

– Experience within supervising a cleaning team, cleaning services and customer
services, is valued but not essential: We provide training.
– High attention to detail and focus on quality.
– Good time management and organisational skills.
– Proficient communication and customer service skills.
– Proactive and solutions focused approach to resolving concerns and addressing
opportunities.
– Flexibility to work bank holidays, school holidays, weekends and some
evenings required.
