What the day will look like

As an M&A Project Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, validating, and maintaining insurance data used to build interactive client dashboards. These dashboards provide clients with a comprehensive view of insurance programs across all companies within their investment portfolios.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with partners across different countries and business functions to obtain accurate and complete information.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and validate insurance program information from brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise insurance renewals and ensure portfolio data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Review insurance documentation and extract relevant information.
  • Manage and supervise data requests, proactively following up with stakeholders to obtain required information.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and identify inconsistencies or gaps in data.
  • Prepare and organize data for interactive client dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and business units.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and data quality.
  • Produce summaries and reports based on collected insurance information.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of portfolio reporting processes.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an office environment, data operations, reporting, research, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and build productive working relationships.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with insurance documentation or insurance-related data.
  • Experience in data management, reporting, or data quality processes.
  • Interest in business, data analytics, and process improvement.
