How We LEAD

The Manager, Catalog Creator – Pop/Rock supports creator, influencer, and content marketing initiatives across Interscope’s iconic Pop/Rock catalog artists. This role helps bring legacy eras, anniversaries, archival moments, and genre-defining stories to life through strategic creator collaborations.

Partnering with Digital Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, the Manager ensures all creator content reflects each artist’s legacy while engaging both long-standing fans and new audiences. A general awareness of how catalog resonates globally is helpful, ensuring creator strategies can translate well across markets when needed.

How You’ll CREATE

Creator, Influencer & Content Strategy

  • Lead day-to-day execution of creator and influencer marketing for Pop/Rock catalog campaigns.
  • Identify creators across platforms whose content aligns with Pop/Rock storytelling, nostalgia, and performance-driven creative.
  • Recommend creators suited for key territories when projects require international amplification.
  • Support strategy across anniversaries, reissues, remasters, box sets, and heritage moments.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Manage creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, deliverables, and communication.
  • Track creator output across social platforms and compile performance insights.
  • Maintain clear communication between creators, internal teams, artist partners, and estates.
  • Activate around key release moments, cultural cycles, and platform trends related to Pop/Rock catalog.

Insights, Data & Optimization

  • Use platform analytics and cultural trends to identify creators that feel organic to each campaign.
  • Assess creator performance and identify opportunities to scale or optimize.
  • Consider cross-market insights to enhance campaign reach where relevant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Catalog and Core label teams such as Marketing, Digital, Creative, A&R Research, Production, and Revenue.
  • Support the use of IGA’s broader creator/content network across Pop/Rock catalog initiatives.
  • Ensure creator content supports the artist’s brand, campaign narrative, and catalog positioning.

Bring Your VIBE

  • 3+ years of creator/influencer marketing experience within Pop/Rock, digital media, or adjacent spaces.
  • Understanding of Pop/Rock culture, nostalgia audiences, digital creator ecosystems, and fan behavior.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with creators, artist teams, and internal partners.
  • Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple catalog campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker who understands the role of paid vs. organic creator programs.
  • Interest in Pop/Rock music history and how legacy content connects with global audiences.
