Salary: £33,251 – £39,792
Work hours: Office Hours Monday to Friday, Full Time
Job Description
1. Comprehensive knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role, such as procurement, delivery and management of minor works.
2. Working knowledge of cost estimation, technical specification in relation to minor building projects and associated M&E requirements.
3. Working knowledge of, cost estimation and technical specification in relation to minor mechanical and electrical engineering works.
4. Clear understanding of the standards and regulations set for the conduct and output for the role.
5. Working knowledge of the activities of other areas of the University relevant to the role.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of H&S legislation.
