We are now looking for Nordic Senior Cyber Security Consultant to join our Nordic Cyber Consulting team.

The position can be based in either Sweden or Finland.

 

 

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess cyber risk, strengthen security governance, and improve resilience across critical business operations.

You will advise senior leaders, risk professionals, and boards on how to manage cyber-related risks while helping organizations align security initiatives with business objectives.

This is a highly client-facing role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery.

 

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Deliver cyber risk and maturity assessments
  • Advise clients on cyber governance and security operating models
  • Support development of cyber security strategies and transformation programmes
  • Lead workshops and executive discussions
  • Help clients address regulatory requirements including NIS2 and DORA
  • Perform third-party risk assessments
  • Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives
  • Translate complex cyber topics into business-focused recommendations
  • Develop long-term trusted relationships with clients

 

What We Are Looking For

You are an experienced advisor who enjoys helping organizations solve complex risk challenges and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

You likely have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience within cyber security, cyber risk, technology risk, governance, risk & compliance, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of cyber risk and information security frameworks
  • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders
  • Strong project management and facilitation skills
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish or Finnish is a plus
