Job Description

This newly created role will work across prestige beauty and fashion brand, PUIG, a portfolio of highly desirable brands in the fragrance, beauty and wellness category. The role will work on full funnel paid social campaigns for brands such as Penhaligon’s, Kama Ayurveda and L’Artisan Parfumeur, focused predominantly on EMEA and the Middle East markets.

The Paid Social Manager will work with their Director and hub lead to deliver best-in-class paid social strategy and ensure faultless execution of brand and performance advertising campaigns on global social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Pinterest).

  • Be the main point of contact in the paid social team for the digital hub lead, to address client communications, respond to briefs and oversee campaign activation in line with plan.
  • Manage test and learn roadmap, by identifying, pitching and executing new A/B tests and overseeing the implementation of learnings of successful tests into ongoing strategy.
  • Ensure activation of client activity across social platforms runs according to plan and free of errors.
  • Ensure your team delivers a high standard of work across planning, reporting, optimization, communication, billing, reconciliation and all other tasks required as part of running the designated accounts.
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders: account planning teams, buying teams across all disciplines, clients, media owners and tech providers.
  • Define and develop your team organizational approach, implement and develop efficient processes across the team to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge and experience planning and activating large-scale paid social brand and performance campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct client management experience, confident presentation skills and ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using Prisma (Media Ocean) and the Facebook integration.
