Asda is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Parcel Process and Compliance Manager to lead operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance across parcel handling activities, based out of Leeds or Rochdale. This role is pivotal in driving performance, safety, and service standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.
As Parcel Process and Compliance manager, you’ll oversee the full parcel handling operation, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high service standards. You’ll lead and develop a team, drive performance through data-led decision-making, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise parcel flow. Your role will also involve conducting audits, managing health & safety protocols, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You’ll bring proven experience in logistics, parcel operations, or warehouse management, with a strong grasp of compliance frameworks and health & safety regulations. Your leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments. You’ll be data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience working with parcel carriers such as DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail would be an advantage.
