Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives across the university as part of our newly established Change and Projects Team. As a People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape and implement change programmes that support the university's strategic objectives, balancing colleague experience, legal compliance and commerciality. Alongside providing expert strategic HR advice, you will act as a trusted partner, helping leaders navigate complex organisational challenges, workforce planning and transformation. Working collaboratively across People Services, you'll commission specialist expertise, lead strategic projects and coach leaders to build capability, embed sustainable change and deliver excellent outcomes for colleagues and the wider university.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a strategic partnering environment and is passionate about enabling organisational change. You will have a strong track record of influencing and coaching senior leaders, delivering people-focused solutions and supporting complex change programmes within the parameters of a large organisation. You will combine commercial awareness with excellent employment law knowledge, strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively. Comfortable working across multiple priorities, you will be motivated by solving complex organisational challenges and making a meaningful impact through transformation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Salary is pro-rata, based on 26 hours per week.
