Your role at Signature
In this role, you will:
- Step in to support homes during leadership transitions, annual leave, or recruitment periods.
- Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance.
- Support the roll-out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations
You’ll bring the same skills and values as our permanent CSMs – current NMC registration, proven leadership experience, and a passion for person-centred care – but with the flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings.

What Signature Offer
- Up to £62,000 per annum

Signature People
- Current NMC registration (essential).
- Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A compassionate, motivating leadership style.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple settings
