About Us
The Home First Neighbourhood City Occupational Therapist role is part of the Home First service in Adult Social Care. The Home First service has revolutionised the way OCC supports people with lived experience of hospital admission return home to receive the right level of care in the right environment at the right time. We are a highly collaborative reablement service that works in close partnership with Oxfordshire’s NHS health trusts and many other partner agencies.
About the Role
The Practice Supervisor Occupational Therapist in the Home First Neighbourhood City Team will work as part of a leadership team with three other practice supervisors and the team manager. The PSOT will be responsible for line managing all frontline occupational therapists in the team. The role requires flexible working with some days working in the John Radcliffe Hospital office on a rota-basis. The PSOT role will lead the frontline OT-related functions of the team and advise and support the team manager in OT service delivery needs.

The Home First Neighbourhood City team needs a Practice Supervisor Occupational Therapist who is willing to work hard but who values a supportive, collaborative environment. Our service is busy, but our people are friendly and committed to doing great things. Overall, we are looking for a senior OT who is willing to doing their best to support frontline staff in delivering the best reablement service we can for the sake of our service users.

The PSOT will also receive an additional 5% pay enhancement as compensation for working on-call on a 7-day working rota.
