The Opportunity

We’re hiring Production Operatives to join our team on a 3-shift rotating pattern. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attitude matters just as much as experience.

If you’re motivated, organised, and ready to make an impact, we’ll give you the training and support to succeed.

Shift pattern:

  • Week 1: 2pm – 10pm
  • Week 2: 6am – 2pm
  • Week 3: 10pm – 6am

What You’ll Do

  • Operate corrugated cardboard production machinery (including converting, printing, die-cutting and packaging)
  • Carry out manual handling tasks
  • Complete basic computer work
  • Champion Health & Safety and Quality standards
