Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for precision and a flair for retail? Join us at McArthurGlen Vancouver Designer Outlet and help shape extraordinary experiences through financial excellence.
This is a fixed term contract (maternity cover) until October 2026.
As a Property Management Accountant, you will manage and maintain accurate financial records for both the Site and Management Companies, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver timely financial reporting to stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in lease and rental income analysis, service charge reconciliations, and compliance with banking and audit requirements-all while collaborating closely with centre teams and senior finance leaders.

To be successful you’ll bring…
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Designated as a CA, CMA, CGA, CPA or working towards one
- Time management – ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- IT Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint; Advanced Excel
- ERPs used: WorkDay, Tableau
