We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our Team QMS (Quality Management System) within the Quality Assurance department. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our Team QMS. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our company’s commitment to excellence in quality management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as they relate to productivity and quality.
- Participate in reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical (Ms-Excel & PPT) information support to the management team.
- Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management and acquire timely reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for QA-related inquiries and issues
- Document and report errors discovered during audits.
- Ensure all Editors adhere to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Have the discipline to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.
- Email communication regarding day-to-day tasks/responsibility handover.
- Working closely with the analysts to make sure that they achieve their objectives and move in the right direction toward their Career Development Goals
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years’ experience in Opta Vision collection
- Night Shift and Weekend shift availability
- Good English verbal & written skills
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
