AB Neo, a specialist division of AB Agri, leads the way in neonate nutrition, combining scientific expertise with a strong customer focus. This is a great opportunity to join as a Quality Coordinator at our Śmigiel site, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day quality and laboratory operations. Working closely with production and cross-functional teams, you’ll be involved in assessing raw materials and finished products, supporting quality decisions, and keeping standards high across the site. This is a hands-on, site-based role within an international business, offering flexibility and a collaborative, supportive team environment.
• Carry out daily laboratory checks on incoming grain deliveries, raw materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specification and support release or rejection decisions
• Coordinate sample handling and registration for external laboratories, while monitoring internal sampling schedules to ensure timely and accurate testing activity
• Work closely with the production team on a day-to-day basis to review non-conforming products, investigate irregularities, and support decisions using laboratory and NIR data
• Support supplier approval activities and communicate quality concerns relating to raw materials with procurement and other relevant stakeholders
• Take responsibility for laboratory equipment-related activities, including supporting maintenance, calibration, validation, and participation in projects involving NIR and other lab devices
What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a laboratory or quality environment, ideally within feed, food, agriculture, chemistry, biology, or a related industry
• A practical and detail-focused approach, with the ability to assess materials against specification and work confidently in a hands-on, site-based laboratory setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with production, technical, and procurement teams on quality issues and routine updates
• Good working knowledge of quality principles such as HACCP, regulatory expectations, or similar standards
• Ability to communicate in both Polish and English.
