About the role
- Lead Global Regulatory & Safety (RAS) strategy for the Specialty & Allergy category and act as regulatory representative in project teams.
- Drive regulatory strategies for innovation projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Policy, Local Regulatory, Consumer Safety, R&D, and Commercial colleagues.
- Ensure smooth execution of global projects aligned with the operating model.
- Support development of strategic initiatives that enable business growth.
- Act as a key advisor on regulatory implications for portfolio and market entry.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across global and local teams.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for innovation projects in Specialty & Allergy.
- Execute regulatory plans for the innovation pipelines in line with business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
- Translate insights into actionable regulatory strategies that deliver competitive advantage.
- Monitor regulatory trends and assess their impact on category strategy.
- Support the RAS Strategy Lead in non-innovation workstreams.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build regulatory expertise.
- Support continuous improvement in regulatory processes and tools.
The experience we're looking for
- 4–8 years of regulatory experience in nutrition, food, or related regulated industries (e.g., ingredient, pharma).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in a global environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience translating technical issues into clear strategies and recommendations.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks for infant and children nutrition products.
- Demonstrated success in influencing and negotiating across diverse teams.
- Track record of delivering strategic and tactical regulatory solutions.
- Exposure to agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
- This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.

What we offer
US salary ranges
USD $154,000.00 – $230,000.00
