Receptionist

The Link Hotel 

Position: Full time position (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 over 7 days, mixture of early and late shifts 

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Reception team at the Link Hotel.

We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them all with a smile! You must be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure, in order to exceed our guest’s expectations by consistently delivering excellent service.

You will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a busy, volume driven front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
