Portico are on the lookout for a customer focused Ground Floor Receptionist for a multi-tenant building in Moorgate.
This Corporate Receptionist position is both dynamic and challenging. Things can get very busy in this operation, so you will need to stay calm under pressure and be able to balance the speed of the service with its quality. Working within a team of 3, you will be responsible for greeting up to 600 visitors per day! Not only will you be responsible for the customer experience, and everything linked to it, you will also answer queries via email, telephone and face to face as well as liaising with contractors and other service providers to ensure all facilities related problems are solved. You will also be given ad-hoc administrative duties and project work to ad further variety to this fantastic role!
Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating 8 hour shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £31,800

Experience as a corporate receptionist is highly desirable but not essential
