Field Sales Solutions, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing agency, is partnering with Procter & Gamble to recruit a Category Development Manager for Central London, working within our Electrical, Beauty & Skin Category.
The role:

Act as a category expert across key London stores.

Drive Oral B, Olay & Braun sales and availability by building senior store relationships and ensuring corporate agreements are followed.

Analyse EPOS and availability data to identify issues, implement solutions, and track ROI.

Conduct stock checks, correct inaccuracies, and ensure fixtures meet agreed plans.

Train and influence store staff on category knowledge, NPD, and best practice.

Present insights and solutions at regional retailer meetings to reduce shrink and improve compliance.

Collaborate with P&G’s Availability Manager on special projects.
What we’re looking for:

Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in grocery, high‑street retail, or FMCG sales
-
Knowledge of category management and retail processes.

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a full UK driving licence.
