New year, new start — and the perfect time to step into a role that shapes the future of our stores. As our Retail Change Lead, you’ll be at the heart of delivering meaningful change across the retail estate, ensuring every initiative is simple, practical, and truly store ready. Working cross‑functionally, you’ll champion the retail voice in project design and guide teams through planning, testing, and implementation. From leading pilots to supporting full rollouts, you’ll make sure stores have the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to bring change to life.
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days each week spent at our Wakefield head office.
What you’ll be doing You’ll be the driving force behind delivering change that genuinely works for stores—shaping projects from day one, testing what matters, and making sure every rollout is clear and easy to adopt. You’ll turn real store feedback into smarter decisions and stronger outcomes, building solid readiness plans and creating the toolkits and training that help stores hit the ground running. You’ll keep a close pulse on how change is landing, spotting issues early and keeping everything on track.
You’ll work hand in hand with teams across Retail Ops, Transformation, IT, Finance, People, and Property to deliver solutions that are truly store ready. By building strong relationships with Regional and Store Leaders, you’ll ensure change is shaped by real insight—not assumptions. Throughout, you’ll champion simplicity, capture what works (and what doesn’t), and help raise the bar for how change is delivered across retail.
What we’re looking for
• Experience delivering projects or operational change in a retail or multi‑site environment
• Confident running pilots, rollouts, and cross‑functional workstreams
• Strong coordination, communication, and collaboration skills
• Able to turn feedback and complexity into clear, store‑ready actions
• Store‑first mindset with a proactive, influential, solutions‑focused approach
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace
