Senior Analyst, Product & Project Support

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Analysist, Product & Project Support

  

What will you be doing? 

The Product & Project Support Officer supports the smooth running of the LFC Product Roadmap and process along with multiple Project & Programmes and Operational functions; ensuring that change across the club is tracked and reported on correctly and efficiently. They provide operational support across Product and project teams, completing operational tasks, triaging change requests, supporting with documentation (including but not limited to product roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, status reports and business case maintenance) and helping to ensure correct process is followed.  In addition, they manage the operational aspects of the MyLFC product 

Who are we looking for? 

To be our successful candidate you will display the following experiences…

 

  • Knowledge of the company’s operations, people and processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of waterfall and agile Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile Product development methodologies
  • Agile Product experience within a technology environment
  • Exceptional Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel Street, Liverpool which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
