We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Deli Assistant to take ownership of our deli counter and help deliver exceptional food experiences for Compass Group Ireland on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm.
As Senior Deli Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli counter — from physically creating and refreshing menus, to ensuring the counter is fully stocked, attractively presented, and delivering excellent service to customers throughout the day.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of the deli counter, ensuring high standards at all times
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, high-quality deli food daily
- Physically creating and updating menus, displays, and daily specials
- Managing stock levels, ordering, rotation, and minimising waste
- Providing friendly, efficient service on the deli counter
- Leading by example and supporting junior deli or kitchen team members where required
- Representing Compass Group Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
- Ensuring full compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
