We have an exciting role on offer within our Human Resources service as a Senior HR Business Partner.
About Us
Playing a key role in the delivery of our excellent HR Service, ensuring Our ‘Values’ remain at the heart of what we do and how we behave. We are looking for a passionate person to join us in embedding that message. Reporting to the HR Manager you will support a small team covering all aspects of HR including Employee Relations, Health and Wellbeing, Organisation Review, Recruitment and On Boarding processes.
You will work collaboratively across all service areas; but will be HR lead for a specific directorate to ensure a focussed operational delivery. With the support of your team, you will take a lead role in further developing and embedding the HR Business Partner service delivery model to enable managers and services to achieve their strategic priorities.
You will be an experienced HR professional qualified to CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent), be experienced in developing close working relationships with trades unions. You will also have a proven track record working in areas such as Job Evaluation, Pensions, Equality and Diversity as well as Health and Wellbeing.
