What will I be doing?
- Lead the way: Design and deliver scalable, insight-driven data products that shape key business decisions.
- Be a trusted advisor: Partner with stakeholders to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Own the process: From discovery and prototyping to deployment and enablement—you’ll manage the full lifecycle of data products.
- Get hands-on: Use SQL, Power BI, and Python/R to produce robust, actionable insights that tell a compelling story.
- Influence at the top: Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Drive innovation: Champion best practices in analytics and data storytelling, and keep us ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and mentor: Support junior analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in stakeholder-facing analytics roles, influencing decisions through data.
- Strong technical skills in SQL (BigQuery preferred), Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and Python or R.
- Experience building scalable data products or insight frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- A natural communicator who can simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
