What will I be doing?
- Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad-hoc analysis that matters.
- Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
- Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
- Champion self-service analytics and coach teams on best practices.
What do I need?
- Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).
- Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).
- Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
