Where the Director owns the commercial vision, client relationships, and practice strategy, you own the <strong>build</strong> — turning client briefs into working prototypes, architecting custom AI solutions, and shipping things that close deals and create lasting client value.</p><p>At first, you will work as a <strong>founding duo alongside the Director</strong> — moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and establishing what great AI delivery looks like at Foundever. As demand grows, you will evolve into a <strong>Tech Lead</strong>, setting the technical bar for the team that scales behind you.</p><p>This is a rare opportunity to be the <strong>first builder</strong> in a practice being created from the ground up — with direct client impact, full technical ownership, and the backing of a global AI-powered organization.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">WHAT YOU'LL DO </H2></div><div><p><strong>Client Delivery &amp; Engagement </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li>Be the <strong>primary builder</strong> in every early client engagement — take a scoped solution from architecture to working prototype within days, not weeks</li><li>Design and deliver tailored AI solutions leveraging <strong>LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-assisted development workflows</strong>, from discovery through go-live</li><li>Build <strong>live demos and proof-of-concepts</strong> that directly support deal closure alongside the Director</li><li>Own the <strong>technical quality</strong> of every solution delivered — covering security, scalability, maintainability, and production readiness</li><li>Support the transition of delivered solutions to production, including monitoring, reliability, cost control, and support model handoff</li><li>Apply responsible AI delivery standards — data privacy, model selection, prompt and version management, and safeguards where required</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Commercial &amp; Build Assessment </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li>Estimate <strong>solution build costs</strong> with precision — time, infrastructure, tooling, and ongoing maintenance</li><li>Join client scoping sessions and technical discovery calls, bringing engineering credibility and realistic delivery timelines</li><li>Analyse off the shelf solutions to help decide when to buy (vs build) and partner up to ensure quality and speed</li><li>Flag reusable solution patterns that could evolve into <strong>packaged service offerings</strong></li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Product Feedback Loop </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li>Identify recurring custom requests that signal <strong>mid-term product opportunities</strong></li><li>Partner with the Director to structure and communicate technical insights to Product Managers in a clear and actionable way</li><li>Define what <strong>"productizable"</strong> looks like technically — providing the feasibility foundation for roadmap decisions</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Practice Building </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li>Document <strong>architecture patterns, reusable components, and build playbooks</strong> from day one</li><li>As the team grows, step into a <strong>Tech Lead</strong> role — setting technical standards, reviewing work, and mentoring junior architects and engineers</li><li>Help define <strong>technical hiring criteria</strong> for future team members</li><li>Contribute to building a delivery methodology that is fast, repeatable, and scalable</li></ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR </H2></div><div><p><strong>Must-Haves </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li><strong>6–10 years</strong> in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical pre/post-sales — ideally in an AI, data, or SaaS context</li><li><strong>Strong hands-on track record</strong> building and shipping solutions — not just designing them</li><li>Deep fluency with <strong>AI-assisted development workflows</strong> (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, v0, Replit, etc.) — you build with these tools, not just talk about them</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>LLM application patterns</strong>: RAG, agents, prompt engineering, tool use, and fine-tuning</li><li>Strong engineering judgment — you know when to move fast and when production readiness requires slowing down</li><li>Ability to <strong>present your own work</strong> clearly to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>estimate, scope, and defend</strong> technical build decisions commercially</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves </strong></p><ol style="list-style-type:decimal"><li>Background in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure</li><li>Experience in a <strong>startup, scale-up, or zero-to-one environment</strong> — comfortable building without a playbook</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>MLOps, vector databases, or AI safety</strong> considerations</li><li>Prior experience <strong>influencing a product roadmap</strong> from field or client insights</li><li>Background in <strong>BPO, CX, or contact center technology</strong></li></ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">WHAT 'AI BUILD' MEANS HERE </H2></div><div><p>This isn't an architecture-only role. We expect our Senior Solutions Architect to <strong>personally ship working software</strong> — not just produce diagrams and hand off to others.</p><p>You should be able to:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Spin up a <strong>working prototype</strong> within hours of a client brief</li><li><strong>Critically review AI-generated code</strong> — not just prompt and ship</li><li>Make <strong>real-time architecture decisions</strong> without waiting for committee alignment</li><li>Eventually <strong>coach and lead</strong> others who will build after you</li></ul></div></div></div>
