We’re searching for a passionate Senior Watersports Instructor to join our watersports team and help create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and more

  • Support the team of instructors and activity leaders

  • Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies

  • Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for groups, schools, and the general public

  • Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas

  • Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all visitors

About you:

  • RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications) is required

  • Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports

  • Safety-conscious, with a proactive and professional attitude
