About Us:

The Older People’s service encompasses a wide range of teams and employment opportunities, and we are looking to recruit level 3, level 4 Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners to the Stratford Older People Team.

Stratford Upon Avon is known as Shakespeare Country and is a vibrant, world-renowned market town in Warwickshire. Offering good links to nearby cities including Birmingham. Stratford Upon Avon is a rural area offering beautiful rolling countryside. The Stratford Older People Team is a well-established, diverse and supportive team who work closely together to support customers living in the area. The team have access to an office base in the area providing free parking. The team and managers are very supportive of agile & family friendly working. We accept requests for part time hours as well.

Due to a number of recent staffing changes, the Stratford Older People Team are looking to fill the final few roles still available with the team.

We’re seeking experienced Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. Salary scale will be based on experience, skill, and qualification.
