 Sous Chef – Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week – Canary Wharf

We are seeking a skilled and motivated sous chef to join our staff dining team based in Canary Wharf.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: Start between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, finish between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM

  • Rate: £20.11 per hour

  • Overtime: Paid at standard hourly rate

  • Location: Canary Wharf staff dining facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for staff dining

  • Managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met

  • Assisting with stock control and menu planning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sous chef or similar role

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Passion for quality food and teamwork
