Salary: £13 – £14 per hour

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious retail leader to join our Lakeside team as a Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Associate, Key Holder or Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing their retail management career with a globally recognised premium brand.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management team, driving sales performance and leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll help create a high-performing team culture while delivering the premium service standards that define the Lacoste brand.

The Role

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the store while helping to motivate and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.

You will lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer experiences the very best of the Lacoste brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Coach and motivate team members to maximise performance
  • Act as a role model for customer experience and brand standards
  • Drive customer loyalty through meaningful customer engagement
  • Support the smooth running of daily store operations
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Support stock management, compliance and operational processes
  • Take responsibility for opening, closing and key holder duties where required
  • Promote a positive, collaborative and performance-driven team culture

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder or Team Leader role within retail
  • Experience working towards sales and KPI targets
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence leading and motivating others on the shop floor
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within fashion, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail
  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members
  • Additional language skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
