Your Role: Lead, Inspire, Grow
As the Subregional Marketing & Communication Leader for BeNeLux, you’ll drive the vision for marketing strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg: with the Netherlands as your main growth market.
This is more than a leadership role. You’ll shape Aon’s market presence, spark engagement, and build teams that challenge the status quo. Acting as the connector between global ambition and local execution, you translate strategy into meaningful, measurable results that support growth across the region.
What You’ll Do
You will lead and energize impactful marketing and communication efforts: from shaping innovative campaigns to strengthening our brand and driving demand generation.
Working closely with business leaders, you’ll turn opportunities into tangible outcomes, creating engaging experiences for clients and colleagues alike. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of performance and budget, ensuring that initiatives deliver real impact: from lead generation and client engagement to long-term brand strength.
By combining creativity with a sharp eye for performance, you’ll continuously optimize how marketing contributes to business success across BeNeLux.
Who You Are
You bring extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in marketing or communications, along with a track record of turning strategy into measurable results.
You are a natural leader and a creative problem-solver, someone who energizes teams and brings ideas to life. You combine a strong analytical mindset with a commercial instinct, and you’re comfortable navigating complex, international environments where collaboration across markets is key.
Whether you’re setting direction or rolling up your sleeves, your approach is both strategic and hands-on, always focused on impact.
