What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles within BCG’s Business Services teams, with a strong focus on supporting the continued growth of our Lisbon Capabilities Centre. You’ll help deliver hiring for both high-volume needs and new team builds across multiple business functions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and regional recruiting teams to move candidates through a thoughtful, structured, and high-quality hiring process. You’ll contribute to sourcing, interviewing, pipeline development, employer branding activities, and recruiting process improvements that support a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
You will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior hiring for multiple business units within BCG
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to clarify role requirements and support hiring plans
- Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct structured interviews and share clear, competency-based candidate assessments
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill
- Coordinate regional hiring campaigns and contribute to employer brand events
- Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and visibility
- Support global recruiting initiatives and recommend local process improvements
- Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international or matrixed organizations
- Experience hiring for shared services or high-volume teams
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong experience using applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools
- Competency-based interviewing skills across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Ability to manage recruiting activity across teams, priorities, and time zones
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of BCG’s Global Recruiting team and work closely with colleagues across regions. You’ll collaborate with the broader People function, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Mobility teams, as well as business leaders. This role is highly cross-functional and supports hiring across several European geographies.
