Job Description
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join the team at Savill Garden, in Egham from March 2024.
We’re looking for charming, charismatic and kind people like to join us. You’re determined to go above and beyond for our guests; taking care of them like family to ensure they never want for anything!

IF SUCCESSFUL WITH PHONE INTERVIEW, AN UNPAID PRACTICAL INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED AT SAVILL GARDEN.
Responsibilities/requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor position
- Available to work weekends
- Lead Team Members according to Benugo policy
- Delegate tasks based on Management instruction or business needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and dining area
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times

Full-time contract, starting in March 2024.
Shift patterns usually fall between 0800 – 1800hrs, Monday to Sunday
Up to £13.60 per hour, pending experience

Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
