  • Supervise and lead the front of house team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the front of house area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Monitor and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
