- Supervise and lead the front of house team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the front of house area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Monitor and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cafe, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
