About the role
Are you looking for a role that offers variety, creativity, and autonomy on a daily basis? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our established group of Team Managers within our Adult Social Care service.
As the Team Manager, you will lead, develop, and directly manage the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets the diverse needs of our community. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
As a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England (SWE), you will bring your professional expertise and commitment to uphold the highest standards of practice.
Interviews will be held on 19th May, and will be in person at New Shire Hall in Alconbury Weald.
