Your Role

  • Work closely with underwriting operations, compliance, and technology teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units to align strategies with IT capabilities for better business outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with business units to understand short‑ and long‑term strategic goals.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Map existing business processes and recommend improvements for automation and compliance.
  • Define user stories, process flows, and integration requirements.
  • Lead analysis and migration of legacy bordereaux and delegated authority data.
  • Support development, testing, and delivery of systems, APIs, and automated workflows.

Your Profile

  • Strong ability to conduct impact assessments, data analysis, and data modelling to drive decisions.
  • Expertise in defining data mapping, transformation rules, and cleansing requirements.
  • Skilled in designing and executing data validation and reconciliation for post‑migration accuracy.
  • Experience resolving data quality issues and ensuring regulatory‑compliant reporting.
  • Ability to produce migration documentation, data dictionaries, and audit reports.
  • Knowledge of integration requirements across DA platforms, data warehouses, and policy systems.
  • Proven collaboration with developers, solution architects, and testing teams for successful delivery.
  • Capable of coordinating UAT, securing business sign‑off, and supporting change management and training.
