We have an exciting role on offer within our Resident and Business Support team as a Technical Assistant (Parking Services).

We are looking for an organised, hardworking individual with good numeracy and literacy skills and excellent at letter writing.

We would love to hear from anyone who possesses the following knowledge and experience…

  • Highly competent with a range of IT packages e.g. MS Office, good keyboard skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience of general clerical and administrative/ financial work.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and alone using your initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will join our busy Car Parking Services team to process Penalty Charge Notices in relation to bus lanes, parking, waiting, and loading contraventions and parking permit administration.
