Overview
Technical Coordinator – Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
- This role is 22.5 hours per week. Working hours and cover across Monday to Friday can be discussed and agreed, but some flexibility will be required on occasion to support the needs of the business

- Reporting to the Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs Technical Manager, you will support the Central Food Safety & Retail Technical teams
- The base location is Newcastle upon Tyne
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring new shops are registered with the relevant Local Authorities, and related documentation is managed
- Maintaining documentation received from Local Authorities and distributing action forms to key stakeholders
- Maintaining Food Hygiene Ratings and Inspection dates on the Food Safety & Retail Technical Master Shop List
- Collating, trending and communicating KPI data to schedule
- Coordinating food safety projects & meetings
- Liaising with Local Authority representatives to provide problem resolution
